1. Is this a credit card or a debit card?

 No, this is neither a credit card nor a debit card. It is a cash card. It has similar uses like cash for applications, which currently do not accept   cash for purchases on the net and for select services where this is the most viable option instead of Cash.

 2. How do I know the card is genuine?

   Ensure that the plastic pouch and the scratch area are intact and not tampered with. For online users, there is no need to worry as the   numbers are generated automatically during the time of purchase.

 3. What is a 'Card Number'?

    Card number is the first 12 digit number beneath the scratch tape. It is used for authentication purpose for online transactions, purchasing mobile recharges online etc.

  4. What is a 'Pin Number'?

    Pin number is the 4-digit number after the card number. This too is available under the scratch area beneath the Card number. For purchases made online, the card number and the pin number are displayed on the screen immediately after the transaction is approved.

  5. How do I locate my Card number and Pin Number?

    Scratch the scratch area of the card to reveal your Card number and pin number.

  6. Do I reveal my card number if I have some queries to your rep over the phone?

    No need to reveal your card number. Behind the card on the left side you will see a 16-digit number. This is the serial number and is used for all queries. When you call our customer care center, you can check all your details with this number. This number is provided so that you need not part with your card number and pin number during any queries . For online buyers, the serial number and the card number are displayed after successful completion of transaction. It is also available at your Log-in for future reference

    No, there are no taxes levied on the card

    You can lodge your complaints on the web site and also with the call center i.e. the customer service executive

  9. Where can i buy ICC?

    There are various ways you can get a ICC. ICC is available at all authorized terminals of G I Tech. You can also call our regional numbers(Minimum Rs.1000/-)for home delivery of ICC.

  10. In what denominations is I-Cash available?

    ICashCard is available in Rs.100,Rs.250,Rs.500,Rs.1000,Rs.2000,Rs.4000,Rs.5000 and Rs.10000 denominations.
